SEOUL -- NURI SCIENCE Inc., a biotechnology company specializing in livestock reproduction technology, has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Buenos Negocios S.A., a leading agricultural and livestock distributor in Paraguay. The partnership marks NURI SCIENCE’s official expansion into the Latin American market.

The agreement was established as part of the Livestock Innovation Initiative led by Good Neighbors Global Impact Foundation (GIF), which has supported the overall business design and partnership coordination for the project.

According to projections from the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development) and FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization), the livestock industry in Latin America is valued at approximately USD 400 billion annually. Demand for productivity-enhancing and sustainable livestock solutions is growing rapidly across the region.

Leveraging its biotechnology expertise, NURI SCIENCE will provide its gender-control-based livestock reproduction solutions, ‘WholeMom’ and ‘WholeMan,’ which increase the likelihood of producing female or male offspring based on farmers’ needs. Through this agreement, Buenos Negocios receives exclusive distribution rights in Paraguay and will lead product registration and proof-of-concept (PoC) trials in neighboring markets, including Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay, and Mexico.

With Paraguay as a strategic hub, the two companies plan to jointly pursue technology commercialization and build a regional distribution network across key Latin American markets. NURI SCIENCE will oversee technology provision and quality assurance, while Buenos Negocios will manage local distribution and market operations. Through this collaborative model, both parties aim to establish a stable market entry platform and contribute to a sustainable livestock ecosystem in the region over the mid to long term.

NURI SCIENCE and Buenos Negocios plan to begin product demonstration projects with major farms and research institutions in Paraguay within the year. Starting in 2026, the distribution network will be expanded to neighboring countries. GIF will continue to support the project’s structure and operations, including local regulatory compliance, quality management, and certification systems to help establish a sustainable market environment.
